Refund policy
Our promise At Rainmakr, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with any tags or seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to start a return Email us at support@getrainmakr.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return shipping Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at support@getrainmakr.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Non-returnable items Certain items can't be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale"
- Perishable goods, personal-care items, or anything sealed for hygiene reasons once opened
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask before ordering.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order. If you'd like an exchange for the same item in a different size or variant, email us and we'll help arrange it.
Late or missing refunds If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at support@getrainmakr.com and we'll follow up.
